The fifth annual Study Group was held on March 14 & 15, 2008. David Powell and Jim Ogden led all four sessions (two per day) with groups of Civil War enthusiasts numbering between 25 and 55. The focus this year was on Wilder's Brigade on March 14th, and Benning's & Robertsons's Brigades and Horseshoe Ridge on March 15th. And once again, this year's activity produced questions, answers, discussions & instructions as we rode and walked over the very same ground as did our subject veterans.
