The above color photo was staged Sept. 19, 2010 in south McDonald field near one of the actual spots Bridges battery was engaged on Sept. 20, 1863. Only three guns were present during this living history program of the National Park Service's Commemoration of the 147th Anniversary of the Battle of Chickamauga, but photo trickery and some gun crew repositioning helped complete the effect!
